    As a ASAC Aviation Group Charter Agents you would be the front line contact to provide VIP private jet charter service to our discerning clientele. You would be responsible for ensuring every client receives honest service, is treated with integrity, and customer service excellence.

    Some of your key responsibilities as our Charter Agent include:

    • Field new inbound internet and phone leads

    • Pre-qualify new requests and activate trip requests

    • Source available aircraft per client specifications.

    • Fulfill or delegate catering or ground transportation requests

    • Conduct flight following during client trips to ensure an effortless client experience.

    • Maintain client relations and build a book of repeat business.

    • Teamwork with team, clients, and vendors.

    • You should be self-driven to succeed, grow, and build your personal career

    • Must be a fair and ethical person, honest, and have integrity.

    • Represent ASAC Aviation Group and the core company values

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Past sales experience preferred (2 years plus desired)

    • Aviation knowledge and experience preferred (3 years plus desired)

    • Strong communication and creative skills.

    • Previous experience related to Aircraft Sales or Leasing, Aircraft Management, or Flight Operations/Planning is highly desired.

    • 2 years of previous Charter Brokerage is required.

    Successful candidates must have an entrepreneurial focus, be self-starters, able to develop and grow relationships across multiple networks.
