TRAVELING DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC PRIVATE JET & COMMERCIAL AIRLINER CHARTER SOLUTION

As the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak evolves, ASAC Aviation would like to reassure current and prospective customers of our commitment to their safety and well-being during this dynamic and constantly changing situation.

ASAC Aviation ensures that the Crew and Aircraft hygiene are, as always, at the highest possible level. The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has issued a revised Safety Information Bulletin outlining recommendations for aircraft operators, to reduce the risk of COVID-19 spreading, including additional cleaning protocols, and operational recommendations for how to handle and contain any suspected cases. Precautions are also being taken on the ground, where staff at the private terminals as well as all drivers performing ground transfers on our behalf are adhering to Government recommendations in order to reduce risk. We are in contact with our global partners constantly reassessing aircraft availability, and operational feasibility for missions into and out of affected regions.

Whether these flights are for shorter regional missions or long haul missions focused on repatriation, our levels of service remain the highest possible. This level of coordination takes a team of aviation professionals with years of experience in private international charter.

ASAC Aviation Jets move freight fast. Very fast. We respond, rather than react, to the needs of time-sensitive cargo plane charter requests, such as flying Coronavirus Test Kits in dry ice to and from destinations worldwide as well as Coronavirus PPE and medical supplies, ensuring a speedy transfer of your precious cargo to where it needs to be. We are committed to solving global challenges we face and our clients’ immediate logistics needs.

TRAVEL WITH CONFIDENCE

Whether you’re flying a short sector in a private jet, long haul in a VIP airliner, or being repatriated in large group, ASAC Aviation’s dedication to our customer care always remains at the highest possible standard. Working with our industry partners and associations, we have implemented measures that maximize passenger protection and reduce the transmission of COVID-19.

We are confident that all the operators we chose to work with, including the airport staff and aircraft crew, are following these guidelines wherever operationally possible. To give you an insight into the precautions being taken, we have put together this step by step guide, from booking to post-flight:

ASAC CHARTER SAFETY

1. BEFORE THE FLIGHT: Leading up to your flight we will be hard at work ensuring any required documentation is completed, this will reduce any waiting time ahead of take off. Where possible, customs and immigration will be cleared in advance, and should there be an unavoidable delay you will be advised immediately, giving you the option to postpone your arrival to the terminal.

2. CLEANING THE AIRCRAFT & CREW HYGIENE PRACTICES: Before you board the aircraft, a specialist team will perform an extensive deep clean of the cabin, following the IATA Medical Advisory Group’s cleaning and disinfection procedures outlined here. After each passenger flight the cabin is cleaned and sealed prior to the arrival of the next set of passengers.

3. CREW HEALTH: Leading up to your flight the crew will have been tested frequently for both the antibody and COVID-19 virus. Your crew will have avoided airline travel as much as operationally possible and engage in strict social distancing when off-duty.

4. DURING AND POST FLIGHT: Once onboard it will be your choice if you wish to remove your face covering. If it is your preference, we can also arrange self-service catering options. After landing you will be escorted straight to your onward transportation, to minimize interactions with airport staff. If any of your flight crew test positive or show symptoms of COVID-19 within two weeks of your flight, we will contact you immediately.

ASAC Aviation Charter Solutions, the health and safety of our clients, patients–as well as our staff–is our primary mission. Even so, we feel it is important in these uncertain times to let you know how we guard against COVID-19 and all infections on an on-going basis. Before and after each chartered flight, all of our aircraft are regularly cleaned and sanitized. This includes the cabin, cockpit area, all equipment, and human contact points on the fuselage. The staff has recently completed additional educational COVID19 training, and have signed off on and are following additional sanitation protocols related to the virus.

ASAC Aviation will always en-devour to offer our customers the best possible solution within what’s operationally possible, and will react immediately to the changes in restrictions as they are announced. Private jets must adhere to the same government travel directives as airlines regarding passenger restrictions and border controls. Therefore, fulfilling certain requests has become more challenging in recent months. Some aircraft operators and owners cannot presently allow their aircraft on certain routes, which limits market availability.
